This Privacy Policy explains how Arabia Contractors ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Platform.
When you register a company listing, we collect: company name, CR number, description, service categories, cities served, WhatsApp number, email address, and optionally a company logo. When you post a request for quotation (RFQ), we collect your name, company (optional), WhatsApp number, and email (optional). When you submit a review, we collect your name, company (optional), rating, and comment.
Company profile information (name, description, categories, cities, WhatsApp, email, logo) is publicly visible to anyone browsing the Platform. RFQ contact information (name, company, WhatsApp, email) is visible to any company browsing open requests. Do not submit information you do not want visible to the public.
Data submitted to Arabia Contractors is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. We take reasonable measures to protect this data but cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information you submit as part of a public listing or RFQ is, by design, visible to other users of the Platform as described above. We may share information if required to do so by law.
The Platform may use basic technical cookies necessary for login sessions to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request that we delete your company listing, account, or submitted content by contacting us at the email below. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Arabia Contractors is a business-to-business platform intended for use by adults conducting commercial activity. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
